Alpfine Hotel acts as the data controller and processes your personal data within the scope of the purposes described below.

- Identification: name, surname, date of birth, ID/passport number (only at check-in, as legally required).
- Contact: email address, phone number, postal address.
- Booking data: arrival/departure dates, room preferences, number of guests, special requests.
- Payment: processed through licensed payment providers (e.g., Stripe); we do not store card data.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, page views, cookie data.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing booking and accommodation services; managing check-in/check-out.
- Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., guest declarations, tax legislation).
- Responding to your requests and managing guest relations.
- With your explicit consent, sending marketing communications and our newsletter.

4. Legal Bases
We process your personal data on the legal bases set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (e) establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and (f) legitimate interests. Marketing processing requires your explicit consent.

Your data may be shared with our payment providers, email providers (e.g., Resend), cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase) and with public authorities to the extent required by law, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Personal data is retained for the period required by applicable law or for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Once the retention period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
