Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alpfine Hotel website ("Site") and our online services. By using the Site or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Parties

These Terms are entered into between Alpfine Hotel ("Hotel") and any natural or legal person who uses the Site or makes a booking ("User").

2. Scope of Services

The Site provides room browsing, availability checks, online reservation, online check-in, content browsing and contact functionality. The Hotel reserves the right to modify the content and features of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. Reservations & Payment

• Bookings are subject to availability and the room rates applicable to the selected dates.
• Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT and accommodation tax.
• Payments are processed securely through licensed payment providers.
• A reservation is finalised upon payment authorisation and dispatch of the confirmation email.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. For flexible rates, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. Advance-purchase rates, promotional rates and special campaigns may be non-refundable; details are provided on the booking page and in your confirmation email.

5. Guest Obligations

• A valid ID/passport must be presented at check-in, as required by law.
• Guests are expected to follow hotel rules, the non-smoking policy and rules of common areas.
• Damage caused to hotel property may be charged to the responsible guest.
• Minors may stay only under the supervision of an accompanying adult.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, trademarks, logos and design elements on the Site are the property of the Hotel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. They may not be copied, reproduced or republished without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Site.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed under our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted that policy as well.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be settled by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara. For Users qualifying as consumers, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts designated by applicable law shall also have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

The Hotel may update these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published on this page; continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
